A licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association, Anthony is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has been awarded the Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Anthony has been involved in real estate sales and rentals since 2002 and in appraisals since 2005. He has completed appraisals for all lending institutions, government departments and real estate developers. Having sold and/or appraised property in the majority of the Bahama islands, he has an intimate knowledge of the archipelago. Anthony prides himself in helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams, whether it is a first-time buyer/seller, or an experienced investor, his clients receive superior service.
