The main residence is approximately 2,400 sq. ft. consisting of: a sitting room off of the master bedroom; a living I dining area; TV room with an open bar; kitchen; and a storage I wine room with a separate a/c system. The dock was extended in 2004 for a total of 148'. A "dingy dock" measuring 8' x 20' was also added. The approximate 100' of outer dock area was cleaned out for a low tide depth of over 6' on both sides. There is a 14,000 lb. aluminum boat lift, also new in 2004. Electrical service is 125 amp I 240 v, and includes a power pedestal.

1 A 30kw backup diesel generator with an automatic transfer switch, and a 300-gallon fuel tank.
2 A 7,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis water maker supplying water to a 2,500 gallon cistern was installed in 2006. This is the water supply for the main house, both cottages, and the dock.
3 A fire-fighting system consisting of a 40 gallon per minute pump (tied into the 2,500 gallon cistern) and 300' feet of fire hose. There is also another connection to city water for assistance, also with an additional 300' of fuel hose.
4 There is a commercial ice maker located in the storage area under the rear deck together with 2 freezers for ice.
5 There are hurricane panels for all windows and doors of the main house and the two guest cottages.
6 All sliding doors (8), the majority of the main house windows, and the cottages' guest room windows were replaced with high impact glass doors/ windows in 2004 and 2005. These windows add security, and sound deadening qualities.
7 The attic ceilings of the main house and the cottages were insulated with R30 blown-in insulation in 2006.
6 There is a security system, tied into a central monitoring service that monitors for intrusion and fire in the main house, and for fire in the cottages.
7 An infrared 10 camera/ 26 day recording retention security system was installed in 2010, and can be accessed via internet, if desired.
8 There is an extra freezer and refrigerator in the main house storage room.
9 The garage was added as a new building, including the generator enclosure adjoining it, in 2004 with two automatic overhead doors and a side entry door.
